30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the files.

How to request a refund

Email contacto@ryzeart.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

What's not eligible

• Files that have already been downloaded.
• Bundle packs after individual files have been downloaded.
• Custom commissions and one-on-one consultations (final upon delivery).

Bundle exceptions

If you purchased the Color Lab Bundle (5 packs for $99) and downloaded only some packs, we will refund a prorated amount based on packs not downloaded.
